    Default Engine cover sticker "Mitsubishi 24-valve V6 3500" fell off

    Hi everyone, where can I find a replacement sticker?

    One day it just fell off, never to be seen again... which is annoying since the car has been babied all its life. Since I'm in the process of doing a back-to-original resto it would complete and pretty-up then engine bay.

    Cheers,

    I.

    Oh oh! I re-make mine. Any sticker shop will do it, but it should really be a "high tack" or similar media. The heat isn't really an issue on good stock (sticker material).

    I originally did one for my GTVi and now I've done one for the AWD;

    By memory I had two made (art supplied) for $30 on high tack stock. This time around I'm not running with high tack, just a slightly thicker than standard stock.

    This is all if you want something different, but if its a quick replacement I'd run with what Mal' has on hand.

    Wipe the surface down with Mineral Turps before you put the new sticker on.

    Mitsubishi sell them new. Just give them your V.I.N and they will get you the correct decal. They aren't that expensive from either.

    Metho or isopropanol would probably be a wiser choice, mineral turps tends to dissolve and damage plastic surfaces.

    Ralliart stickers are obsolete? Anybody got a decent photo of one (Ralliart engine cover sticker)? I'll redraw it and post the vector file somewhere we can all access it. With that file it could be taken to any sticker shop and reprinted.

    I have the dimensions I've used before, as well as the dims on a current (factory) sticker.... and a spare (blank) engine cover. If you've got a decent enough photo I can do it! I'll shoot through a proof once it's done, check dims etc and that's it.
